We are so happy to have two beautiful weddings from last summer featured in the latest issue of You & Your Wedding magazine. Both Amy and Ian’s Lower Slaughter wedding and Kate and James’ Calcot Manor nuptials were part of what must be the cutest feature ever, Married…With Children! It is all about couples who tied the knot after having children and how their kids played an integral part in the day’s proceedings! Amy and Ian’s five boys were not only dressed to perfection in preppy-cool Hugo Boss but all took part in the day; from making a reading, carrying the rings to even singing an unforgettable solo. Then there were Kate and James’ adorable two and four year olds who stole the show when they joined their parents for the most heart melting first dance.
There is nothing sweeter in life than those precious moments when you pause to soak in the beauty of a memory. This is what wedding photography is all about for us. Providing people with a way to travel back in time to a day they shared with those most precious to them, celebrating their love whilst cementing their commitment to one another. This is also why seeing a wedding we photographed in print is so very special, it is another opportunity to remember that day. Furthermore there is the added bonus of seeing the day through a new set of eyes. Having captured the day with our cameras it is so great to read about the day from the Bride and Groom’s perspective. Then there is also the special moments and details that the editor picked out and curated in that captivating way that is unique to a writer.
