Lower Slaughter Manor is situated in the picture perfect Cotswold village of Lower Slaughter. The main road running alongside a babbling country brook has unsurprisingly been appointed the most romantic street in England. Access to the village as well the venue’s private grounds mean there are plenty of areas for stunning wedding portraits. For our wedding photography we blend a natural and fine art wedding photography style that our couples adore.
Right next door to the hotel lies the lovely village church, which even has its own private access to the hotel grounds. Many of our Lower Slaughter Manor wedding couples choose to have a classic church ceremony. The proximity of the church means this can be incorporated without disrupting the flow of the day.
The light and airy restaurant provides an elegant setting for civil ceremonies and reception dinners. French doors leading out the gardens means you are at all times reminded of the dreamy Cotswold setting that surrounds you. For more intimate nuptials the stylish Drawing Room is perfect for smaller wedding parties.
The expansive lawns at the front of the handsome Manor House are perfect for champagne receptions and lawn games. Set in the midst of the village the outdoor space is extremely private.
For your wedding reception the restaurant can be transformed to seat up to 74 guests. For a more intimate wedding the hotel’s Panel Room is available for a private celebration meal.

The evenings are celebrated in style with our couples cutting their wedding cake on the impressive grand piano surrounded by all their guests before entering the Drawing Room where a band gets everyone dancing well into the night!
