Fleur and Ian’s Wiltshire Manor House wedding was celebrated in beautiful countryside surrounds. The day was wonderfully relaxed with our couple’s close knit circle of family and friends gathering together from as far as Slovakia and Japan to celebrate the occasion. The former farmhouse provided a cosy setting on an atmospheric winter’s day. The great thing about a weekend long celebration is getting to catch up with loved ones. This is exactly what Fleur and Ian did with an informal dinner together the evening before. This additional time is for creating even more special memories together. It’s also handy for averting any last minute crises, if for example the groom’s wedding shirt was to accidentally fall into a puddle of mud, a novel welcome to the rural surroundings! With shirts washed and dried in time, Fleur and Ian’s I do’s unfolded beautifully. We loved being there to capture the magic of the occasion. Congratulations to this gorgeous couple, we wish you all the happiness in the world together as husband and wife!
Fleur spent the morning of the wedding with her two best friends and sisters, who all added their spark to the excitement of the morning!
Fleur looked gorgeous in a classic Pronovias design with intricate lace detailing, which our beautiful Bride carried with style and grace.
Not far from the girls Ian and the guys were getting ready to greet their guests. Our groom looked very dapper in a charcoal three piece suit.
Fleur and Ian decided on an early ceremony time so they would have plenty of time for natural light photos before the early winter evening fell.
Underneath a canopy of fairy lights Fleur and Ian exchanged their vows and sealed the moment with the giving of rings!
After confetti, felicitations and group photos we spent twenty minutes with Fleur and Ian for some wintery wedding portraits…
These two made the most of this time with each other enjoying a beautiful flow of romance and laughter, which we were only too happy to document!
The rest of the day would be a head spinning series of celebrations with champagne, a three course dinner, speeches {that included a cheeky jaeger shot or two} and a live band for the evening.
This time however was just for our newlyweds to spend a few quiet moments together and really take in the meaning of the occasion…
Of course one of favorite things about Fleur and Ian is that they can’t spend too long together until a joke is made and laughter ensues!
Our couple embraced the rustic romance of the Manor House, pairing vintage candelabra and glassware with wild floral arrangements to the farmhouse style tables.
