For Rebecca and Stephen’s engagement session we met in the midst of the trees and greenery of Richmond Park in London. For couples who feel slightly nervous about having their photo taken choosing a location that is itself a calm and peaceful environment is a great option. Richmond Park’s vast grounds made the setting feel uncrowded despite its popularity. Surrounded by nature we took a walk finding trees and streams and using these organic elements to find private spaces in which to shoot. The ethereal Spring light was soft and beautiful and suited the natural feel Rebecca and Stephen wanted from the session. In person they were just as warm and welcoming as when we connected with them over phone and email months before when they confirmed us as their wedding photographers. Their engagement session was a lovely opportunity to spend time getting to know this fabulous couple and their two children ahead of their upcoming wedding celebrations at Botley’s Mansion in Surrey this summer.
