Emily and Nick actually grew up in the same village. They attended the same school. Emily’s best friend’s brother was also a friend of Nick’s. So their paths crossed inevitably and casually throughout their childhood. They both ended up going to law school. While visiting home from University they met each other again at the village pub. It was as if they were meeting for the first time. The connection was instant. Nick admits he was certainly smitten. After promising to call he assumed the feeling was not mutual when he didn’t hear from Emily for weeks that seemed like forever. After returning from her travels over the rest of the holidays, Emily finally had a chance to get in touch. Nick was surprised, but had already made up his heart. After nearly a decade together these two are preparing to make things official with a gorgeous wedding at Lower Slaughter Manor this March!
For Emily and Nick’s Lower Slaughter winter engagement session we started the shoot by exploring the famous Wardens Way walking route.
Having a good time together is just what Emily and Nick do. It is impossible not to join in the fun when you are around them!
The relaxed outdoor setting suited our laid back couple perfectly. The winter weather made a nice change from the usual climate of Dubai where Emily and Nick currently reside.
With only a few weeks to go we are counting the days when we see Emily and Nick again for their beautiful wedding at Lower Slaughter Manor…it is going to be amazing!
