Luisa and Ben tied the knot with the most beautiful countryside Barnsley House wedding in the Cotswolds. Barnsley House is a pretty magical place. An old Manor House, with creaking floor boards and open fires, exuding charm from the very bones of its edifice. The contemporary interiors are stylish and set against the characterful house create a very relaxed atmosphere. The famous Barnsley House gardens are pretty and playful, with tucked away hideaways and areas of sanctuary abounding. In this most romantic of settings Luisa and Ben celebrated their love surrounded by their family and friends.
An elegant church ceremony was followed by an informal afternoon tea in the Barnsley House gardens. Scones, clotted cream, cakes and pastries from the acclaimed kitchens coupled with champagne in the sunshine made for a quintessential British tradition. Luisa looked gorgeous in her Suzanne Neville dress and Ben made a dashing groom in his tailor made suit. Jars of informally arranged wild flowers and a naked wedding cake strewn with fruits and berries added to the easygoing yet refined feel of the day. It was an honour to document Luisa and Ben’s Barnsley House wedding for them and we wish our couple years of happiness ahead as they look back on the many beautiful memories of their wedding day.
