Araminta and Martyn’s Autumnal Calcot Manor wedding in the Cotswolds overflowed with prettiness and style to match the romance of the occasion. Our gorgeous couple, both in creative fields for their day jobs, brought a captivating vision to their big day. A ceremony in our Bride’s childhood Church, complete with a hops and rose entwined floral arch, would be followed by a magical candlelit dinner at Calcot Manor for their intimate guest list. The long table that would seat every guest bedecked with golden candelabra and vases filled with arrangements of rich scarlet hues and dashes of soft pink. As dusk fell the glow of twinkling flames would provide just enough illumination for the dinner proceedings. A suspended frame of dried hops and fairy lights created the final touch to an inspired tablescape for a most atmospheric setting in which to celebrate the occasion.
Hours before darkness fell the day started with our couple’s First Look in the grounds of Calcot Manor in the golden sunshine. Our couple decided on a First Look where they would see each other before the wedding ceremony to make the most of the beautiful Autumn light for their wedding portraits. As Araminta walked up to Martyn and he finally turned around to see his Bride to Be it was no surprise that she completely took his breath away, a perfect start to their day together. The rest of the day unfolded as wonderfully as it started with Araminta and Martyn enjoying the wedding they both wanted with their closest family and friends. We wish them both a future as filled with inspiration and thoughtfulness as this happy day!
