“You don’t find love, it finds you. It’s got a little bit to do with destiny, fate, and what’s written in the stars.” – Anais Nin
Anneka and Ben meeting one another must have been written in the stars. Their paths crossed because of a rather serendipitous decision. When Anneka asked a friend to set her up on a date she was presented with the choice of two Bens. To make the decision she only had one name, the slightest of biographies and a questionable photo to go on. Luckily Anneka chose the right Ben for the date! The rest as they say is history as these two beautiful people are getting married in the Oxfordshire countryside later this month.
Anneka and Ben chose the historic University town of Oxford for their engagement session.
This city, with its ancient spires and cobbled streets, is where they both live and work.
We started the shoot near the Radcliffe Camera which happens to be Anneka’s favourite building!
Being in a setting that our couple loves helped them feel relaxed and at ease.
Within the stunning architectural landscape early Spring in England also gave us soft light and beautiful blooms!
Anneka and Ben provide a perfect compliment for each other!
We really enjoyed getting to know them both and capturing their effortless connection and love.
We can’t wait to photograph Anneka and Ben’s Spring wedding at Ardington House!
