For Hayley and Rob’s London engagement session we met in the tranquil woodlands of Richmond Park. Our couple chose this location because leafy Richmond is where they met. Although specialising in different fields their paths crossed when they were both working for the same events company. Hayley’s vocation means she is often on the road visiting exotic locations far and wide. While she was working on an event in the far East the two decided to squeeze in some quality time with a romantic rendezvous in Bali. This spectacular setting is where Rob asked Hayley to be his wife. Luckily for us our couple’s penchant for choosing breathtaking scenery as a backdrop for their love story has extended to their wedding day too. We are so excited to be documenting their wedding at Blenheim Palace this summer, especially after getting to know them on their London engagement session!
A perfect summer’s day in London really emphasized the beauty of the location. Ancient trees provided amazing scenery as well as lovely private outside spaces.
We loved our couple’s style. They opted for a dressy but relaxed look that suited their easygoing personalities. Most of all we loved how fun they are to be around. Spending time with them both it is perfectly obvious how well they compliment one another, making each other smile with ease.
Walking amongst the trees of Richmond Park while documenting Hayley and Rob together was a pretty perfect way to spend a glorious summer evening. We can’t wait till we see them again when they say I do at Blenheim Palace later this summer…
