Fei & Changlei’s Oxford University wedding combined cultural elements from their home country of China with the place they now call home, the historic university town of Oxford. A traditional Chinese tea ceremony made a touching prelude to their legal ceremony. The ceremony was followed by a private tour of Oxford by bus for all their guests, most of whom had flown in from China for the wedding making this an incredible and thoughtful day organized by this dynamic couple.
For us personally it was great to be back in the town we used to call home for this Oxford college wedding. The chance to photograph this Bride and Groom using the magnificent University & college buildings in Oxford was a dream, especially with Fei’s first dress for the day which was simply breathtaking. The bus tour gave us the opportunity to visit many of the colleges that otherwise we would not have been able to reach in the time available. A special thank you must be given to the wonderful staff of the Oxford University colleges for allowing us into their grounds for wedding photographs.
