In the beginning of the year we had the pleasure of collaborating with a fantastic team on this Farnham Castle Wedding inspiration shoot. The commission was part of the historic setting’s new look and rebrand including imagery for their new website. Led by event design house Pocketful of Dreams our Castles in the Sky shoot was all about highlighting the sense of grandeur and grace that Farnham Castle has to offer as a fabulous Surry wedding venue. It was lovely to team up with talented florist Jay Archer Floral Design once more for this project. We also worked with a fabulous new host of individuals; you can see some of the gorgeous styling created by the amazing creative team below. We are thrilled to see the Castles in the Sky shoot featured on Love My Dress this week! You can see the full shoot on Love My Dress including some fantastic design advice on turning wedding inspiration into reality by the brilliant Michelle of Pocketful of Dreams.
Gorgeous overflowing floral displays by Jay Archer Floral Design made the most of the romantic colour palette of marsala, blush, peach and sage green. The impressive Castle fireplace was dressed with a complimentary faux floral garland by Friend of Faux.
A lovely hand painted design by Freya’s Fancy Cakes echoed the decadent florals and colour scheme of the reception decor. Gold detailing in the paper goods and glassware further emphasised the luxe feel of the mood.
We loved the element of playfulness incorporated by Things by Laura‘s whimsical paper elements. Sequinned table linens from Table to Dine For and silk table runners by Kate Cullen Styling added that extra touch to complete the feel of grandeur and grace.
