Juliet and David wanted the location of their engagement session to be somewhere with meaning and where they would feel at ease. Cambridge was the natural choice for them so our couple opted for a destination engagement session! David grew up amongst the city’s golden spires and historic streets. It is also where the two of them have built a beautiful home and life together. We loved getting to know this dynamic duo in their beloved home town. We can’t wait to see Juliet and David again on their wedding day at Foxhill Manor in the Cotswolds!
This was our first visit to Cambridge so David graciously led they way; showing us all the highlights and best kept secrets of this famous university city.
We explored every nook and cranny…from the Mathematical Bridge built by Isaac Newton to the impressive sight of King’s College!
Unsurprisingly there were many beautiful locations in which to photograph our gorgeous couple…
Juliet and David’s love for each other was wonderful to witness and their passion for the place they live simply infectious.
We even managed to squeeze in a stop at their favourite cheese shop!
Every street had a story to tell and helped us get to know this layered and adventurous couple.
Of course we had to meet the third member of the family, their adorable Cocker Spaniel called Alfie!
So the day after their Cambridge engagement session we visited Juliet and David at their home in the English countryside too.
Juliet and David, thank you for giving us the best tour of Cambridge ever; we were definitely in photographer’s heaven! It was so fun spending time with you and Alfie and we can’t wait to capture your Foxhill Manor wedding next month.
