This month’s wedding photography photo really epitomises how we want the wedding photography of our bride and groom to look and feel on their wedding day. Relaxed, uncontrived but full of emotion. The connection in the image should always be between our couple rather than with us the photographer. This image was taken as part of a set, which took literally 5 minutes between the starter and main courses of the wedding breakfast. As anyone knows who has been to a wedding it is usual for the couple to be served first and as such they are usually finished with their starter even before their last table has been served. This gives us the perfect opportunity to take some photographs of the bride and groom together, with their guests not really even noticing them being away from the room. This time in the day is also when you as a couple are often more relaxed as the formalities of the day are over and you can really enjoy being with each other as husband and wife. As with all of our couples’ portraits a little direction, putting you in great light and letting you be yourselves always leads to images that not only look fantastic but that you can really see yourselves and your relationship in.
